With over 25 years of experience, Kristen is a process- and outcome-oriented psychotherapist and health coach specializing in developing and delivering effective interventions for complex client needs. Drawing on a multi-systemic, client-centered approach, she supports individuals, particularly women over 40, in achieving sustainable wellness through the integration of psychology, nutrition, and fitness. As the founder of Refine from Within, she combines clinical insight with practical coaching tools to empower clients to make lasting lifestyle changes that promote emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being.

She holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and ia a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in MA & RI.
